Block stowage

The block stow method stores all your containers together. Once the vessel arrives at its destination, those containers are discharged first.

Priority unloading

Your cargo is unloaded on priority at the destination terminal within promised hours.

Express terminal lane (optional)

Accelerate stacks enjoy express lane for gate out or connected to our express inland services for final delivery.

Customs Services (optional)

Our customs teams also manage the necessary documentation and clearances for your cargo.

Express inland delivery (optional)

Once your cargo is discharged from the terminal, speedy inland haulage options can fast-track doorstep deliveries.

Guaranteed diversion (optional)

Maersk Accelerate is only available for 40FT container.

Maersk’s core shipping options are Ocean Contract, Less-than-Container Load (LCL), Maersk Spot and Maersk Go.

For added convenience, flexibility and efficiency, you can add a range of additional services to your ocean booking. Click below for the full list.

Less-than-Container Load (LCL) shipping allows multiple shippers to share space in a single container. You pay only for the space you use, measured in cubic metres (CBM).

Ocean shipping transit times vary widely depending on several factors. Overall, sea freight shipping can range from 20-45 days.

Ocean shipping is considerably slower than air freight, with intercontinental routes often taking several weeks. Ocean shipping is also susceptible to disruptions such as port congestion, adverse weather conditions etc.
