On Tuesday 03/10 – ‘Tag der deutschen Einheit’ (Day of German Unity) – our office is closed for business. Our Customer Experience teams are available again on Wednesday 04/10 from 08h00. The Counter in Hamburg is open again on Wednesday 04/10 from 10h00 till 14h00.
We are asking you to please be aware of the above-mentioned updates and, if necessary, inform any external service providers you might have.
