    • Invoice / Rate Discrepancy : we encourage you to submit along with the confirmation from Sales / latest quotation that you received.
    • Damage Repair : we encourage you to submit dispute along with the photo / video during stuffing / un-stuffing process
  • Easy to track
    • The new design will let you know the status of the dispute i.e. whether a dispute is accepted, rejected or is in-progress
