We would like to inform you of an upcoming enhancement to the Rate of Exchange (ROE) alignment for Logistics & Services (Air & LCL Products) invoicing, aimed at delivering a more consistent and seamless invoicing experience.
What is changing?
Effective 24th Jan 2026, Logistics & Services (Air and LCL Products) invoices will apply a Rate of Exchange (ROE) determined by the date on which the first invoice is created for the service provided.
The same ROE will then be consistently applied to all subsequent or reissued invoices related to that service.
Please note that for tax reporting purposes, amounts will continue to be reported in the applicable local currency, in line with regulatory requirements.
What does this mean for you?
This enhancement is designed to:- Ensure consistency across original and reissued invoices
- Reduce ROE-related discrepancies
- Provide a faster, more reliable, and transparent invoicing experience
Additional details
- The ROE will be sourced from our independent provider, LSEG.
- You may refer to the MyFinance guide for additional information on ROE sourcing.
- Please note that other MyFinance functionalities will not be available for Logistics & Services products.
- This solution will apply to countries live on Cargowise One.
