As you know, back in April 2020, Maersk acquired El Segundo, California-based Performance Team – a specialized Warehousing & Distribution company - to complement Maersk Warehousing & Distribution’s North American network. The timing was ideal as the COVID-19 pandemic challenged supply chains and Warehousing & Distribution capacity.

As of January 1, 2021, Performance Team will be formally known as Performance Team – A Maersk Company conforming to Maersk branding architecture - a normal practice in our acquisitions.

Craig Kaplan remains CEO of Performance Team – A Maersk Company.
