We want to inform you regarding Seal Replacement Guidelines at all our dedicated depots in Indonesia as per below:
- Customer request seal replacement to Depot by bring LOI and old seal to Depot. LOI can be downloaded here.
- Depot release seal replacement once customer provide LOI and old seal. If seal is missing, customer to provide only the LOI but with explanation.
- Seal replacement invoice will be available on MyFinance and it can be settled directly to Maersk as per regular process. There’s no seal replacement payment will be made at Maersk dedicated depots.
- There will be seal replacement charges – Additional Export Service amount IDR 160,000 per container.
