Changes to the Maersk Go offering

We are writing to inform you of changes we are making to the Maersk Go offering. You will see the full effect of these changes as of 04 December 2025.

We’re excited to tell you about new features on our online booking platform. You can now amend or cancel your Maersk Go bookings online with instant confirmation, eliminating manual emails, and waiting for case resolution. During the amendment process, you’ll also have the flexibility to add value-added services to enhance your shipment journey.

In addition, we’ve introduced a new policy on late changes: booking amendments made 7 days or more before the scheduled ETD continue to be free of charge, while changes made less than 7 days before ETD will incur a fee. The new amendment policy will apply to bookings made from 04 December.
