PANZ Service – Seattle Express 437N Papeete Omission/Tauranga Slide/Seattle Inducement

Due to a tugboat breakdown at Papeete, the Papeete berth for SEATTLE EXPRESS 437N is expected to be delayed. Therefore, SEATTLE EXPRESS 437N will perform a Papeete omission to mitigate any further delays to the onward schedule.

Furthermore, due to an operational adjustment, SEATTLE EXPRESS 437N will also perform a 1-week slide at Tauranga (berth now scheduled for 17-Oct) and will induce a call at Seattle.

The revised schedule* is expected to be as follows:

The below contingency routings have been secured for affected cargo:

• Papeete import cargo onboard SEATTLE EXPRESS 437N will be discharged at Tauranga to load on CMA CGM DUTCH HARBOR 441N.
• Tauranga to Papeete shipments previously booked on SEATTLE EXPRESS 437N will be updated to CMA CGM DUTCH HARBOR 441N.
• Transhipments to Seattle/Oakland/Long Beach transhipping at Tauranga will be advanced from MATE 439N to SEATTLE EXPRESS 437N ex Tauranga where feasible.
• Export shipments to Surrey/Oakland/Long Beach, scheduled to load SEATTLE EXPRESS 437N ex Tauranga, will continue to load on this vessel as planned, but as per the revised schedule.
• NZ and Fiji import shipments scheduled to discharge from SEATTLE EXPRESS 432S/437N at Tauranga will continue to discharge from the vessel as planned, but as per the revised schedule. Onward connections will be re-planned as required.
