We are pleased to announce an enhancement to our invoicing process in Vietnam in response to your desire for a swift and consistent invoicing experience.
Effective 13 July 2024, we are implementing an Instant Invoice solution in our invoicing system (SAP S/4HANA). With the new instant invoice solution, you will receive the invoices instantly once all pre-conditions are met.
Additionally, the rate of exchange (ROE) will now align with the invoicing date, ensuring a uniform experience for all transactions. Particularly, for freight invoices, the ROE will be based on the first invoice creation date, which will be applied consistently to subsequent, rebilled, or disputed invoices.
