Expiration of Low Water Surcharge (LWC) Paraguay

We would like to inform you that after critical period, water levels in Paraguay are improving.

Therefore, Low Water Surcharge (LWC) was decommissioned effective from *PCD 24/04/2024 for exports and imports.

*PCD = Price Calculation Date.
PCD refers to Estimated time of departure (ETD) of the first water leg at the time of booking confirmation (for non-FMC and non-spot bookings).
For Federal Maritime Commission (FMC), PCD is last container gate-in date for non-spot bookings.
For Spot bookings, is the Booking Confirmation date.
