As part of the Milazzo service launch, Maersk is introducing an enhanced logistics solution designed to provide customers with a seamless end-to-end transportation experience.

To support this service model and deliver a consistent customer experience, Milazzo bookings will be accepted exclusively on a Carrier Haulage basis. Consequently, all shipments will include Maersk-managed pre-carriage and/or on-carriage transportation in connection with the ocean move. This approach enables Maersk to maintain full coordination across the transport chain, delivering greater reliability, predictability, and ease of doing business for our customers.
