General Status
You would be aware that the Lagos state government has declared a lockdown from tomorrow Thursday, 26th March 2020.
In order to support document exchange such as Original Bill of Lading Collection/Submission and Export Clearance Submission, at our counter area in Lagos/Kano/Onne, we will still have a few Customers Service desk representatives at post.
To ensure your safety and safety of our employees as well, we encourage you to use our online platforms and means of communication such as email, phone for all other transactions.
Our teams are doing their best to support you during this sensitive period, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time.
