General Status
We understand with the changing impact of COVID-19, it is more important than ever to keep you up to date with the latest information from your supplier, making sure you have ways to reach us and continue to be able to manage your business requirements. We continue to do our utmost to help customers with essential products that need to get across our network and continue to be available through all our usual communication channels you use to stay in contact. All of our teams remain working from home with full access to all systems and can be reached through the usual contact numbers and e-mail addresses.

Making Bookings
We continue to accept bookings through all available channels, including our on-line booking platforms which can be found on Maersk website
If you need to speak to one of our team about an existing booking placed with us, or enquire about a new booking, all staff can still be reached via phone, e-mail and our live chat options.
Transport
We continue to operate our carrier haulage service across the country and continue to take bookings through our existing channels of communication. We are pleased to report that our extensive carrier haulage network is maintaining an industry strong performance of above 95% on-time delivery.
Ports
As a critical part of the supply chain to continue to move vital goods, the UK and Ireland ports currently remain fully operational.

Our on-line platforms are fully functional for anything from checking a schedule, placing bookings and managing statements. You can access all services at Maersk website. If you need any assistance with the website, please feel free to reach out your customer service or sales contacts for help.
Customer Satisfactions Survey
Our latest customer satisfactions survey is currently live. We appreciate in these challenging times there are many priorities for you to juggle as a business. We continue to be committed to improving our service where necessary to not only support you through thee challenging and changing circumstances, but also beyond these times and your feedback is as crucial to those improvements now, as it always has been. If you do receive a survey, we would very much appreciate you taking the time to complete this so as a supplier, we can take action where necessary.
Easter bank holiday business availability
Over the Easter bank holidays, we will have representatives from our customer service teams on hand and available to help over the phone and via e-mail during the following times

Normal opening hours will be resumed from Tuesday 14th April.
