The timing was ideal as the COVID-19 pandemic challenged supply chains and Warehousing & Distribution capacity.

As of January 1, 2021, Performance Team will be formally known as Performance Team – A Maersk Company conforming to Maersk branding architecture - a normal practice in our acquisitions.
