Depo Changing Request Form

Continuation with previous advisory related with Depo Changing Request, would like to inform you that Effective August 28th, 2024, we will expand the form to cover activity for export and add more main port in Indonesia as well.

Kindly find below information before submitting your request:

• Applied for intracity (within the same city), for Port in Indonesia (Jakarta, Belawan, Panjang, Semarang, Surabaya)
• Applied for Container Type: Dry, Open Top, Flat, Reefer
• Be able to be submitted 1 Booking Number or 1 BL per submission. If there is other Booking Number / BL you wish to change the depo, please request through new submission.
• Customers need to get approval first before going to requested changed depo (approval request will be attended Monday - Friday 08.00-16.30)
