Due to schedule delays expected at Port Chalmers, Polaris vessel AS SIMONE 407E/408W will perform a Lyttelton inducement call and omit Port Chalmers to mitigate any further schedule disruption while maintaining connection to our Southern Star service.
The revised schedule* for AS SIMONE 407E/408W is expected to be as follows:

The following contingency routings have been secured for affected cargo:
- Cargo previously scheduled to discharge from AS SIMONE 408W at Port Chalmers to connect to the Southern Star service will now discharge at Lyttelton to tranship onto the same deep-sea vessel, with no delay to cargo.
- Cargo previously scheduled to discharge from AS SIMONE 407E for Port Chalmers delivery will now discharge at Lyttelton to connect MAERSK RIO NEGRO 408N.
- Cargo planned to load AS SIMONE 408W ex Port Chalmers for Brisbane or Melbourne delivery will be updated to load on SPIRIT OF AUCKLAND 408N ex Port Chalmers to Tauranga to connect OLUF MAERSK 408S.
- Cargo planned to load AS SIMONE 408W ex Port Chalmers for Fremantle and Sydney delivery will be updated to load NORDMAAS 409W ex Port Chalmers.
