Malaysia Digital Services Counter
Here at Maersk, we are continuously striving to ensure that we provide the best service to our customers. In line with our promotion of Maersk digital services, effective 13 February 2023, Bill of Lading (OBL) releases will be made via Electronic Platform, while OBL receipts will be made via Dropbox.
The digital services are expected to be as follows:
- OBL surrender and secure paper collection are still acceptable at the counter. For others, documents will be couriered upon request, and charges will apply.
- OBL releases will be made via the Electronic Platform. We strongly encourage customers to sign up for our digital services. Click here for more details.
- OBL receipts will be made via Dropbox. Our Customer Experience team will process the document within the agreed timeframe. Click here to submit your request.
- Secure paper collection/courier day. Secure paper will be ready to collect or courier at our counter on Thursday. Click here to submit your request.
