Original Bill of Lading onto Electronic Platform & Drop box for Bill of Lading Receipt

Web BL for printing at your convenience instead of Physical Bill of Lading issuance at counter.

All BL releases will be made via e-channel beginning with the above period, and access will be granted upon completion of the e-BL agreement. Secure paper will be released upon submission in QR and collection can be made at the counter.

Instructions on how to request the issuance of transport documents.

• Contact us by sending an e-mail to my.export@maersk.com Subject: E-BL ACCESS REQUEST/company name.
• Signed e-BL agreement & provide username.
• Request for paper collection through QR form.

Alternatively, you may have your shipments courier with a standard fee of MYR15 per BL applicable.

We will cease releasing Original Bill of Ladings at our counter with effect 6 December 2022.
