As part of our efforts to consistently provide innovative solutions and improve customer experience, we are introducing a new online feature - Self Service Delivery Order, which will be available for all imports to Casablanca, starting on January 23, 2023.

The new standardized delivery order will allow for faster handling and improve efficiency. Customers will be able to retrieve the electronic delivery order directly from the Portnet platform and complete the customs formalities without the need for the physical order.
