With refer to the newly issued Tax Law No. 7 Year 2021 pertaining to the Harmonization of Tax Regulation (“UU HPP”) we would like to inform you that services that we currently bill with normal VAT rate 10% will change with 11% effective from 1 April 2022, while for services that subject to VAT effective rate 1% also known as “DPP Nilai Lain” will become 1.1%, however this effective rate subject to change in case there is new tax regulation might be issued in future.
