Our Customer Experience Agents are available on both days, from 08:00 until 12:00, via our usual channels for Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

Our Counter in Hamburg is open from 09:00 until 11:00, please make sure that your external service providers are also aware.
Furthermore, kindly also note that on the 24th and on the 31st no document dispatch will take place. The first dispatch of documents will take place respectively on Monday the 27th of December or Monday the 3rd of January 2022.
