Cancellation Fee (CLL) - Slovenia to World

In order to keep providing you with our global services, Maersk is revising Cancellation Fee in Slovenia effective 15th November 2021.

The Cancellation Fee is applied for any changes after booking confimation requested, such as

• Booking cancellation
• Reduction in the number of containers
• Not showing up within gate-in deadline
• Change of pick-up date and/or equipment type

The Cancellation Fee is a fixed amount and it is applied per container, as follows

Reefer Container EUR 200
Special Equipment (Open Top, Flat Rack, 45’) EUR 200

In case of amendments to booking (change to pick-up date and/or equipment type), charge is applied per container, per amendment as follows

Reefer Container EUR 100
Special Equipment (Open Top, Flat Rack, 45’) EUR 100
If booking is later cancelled, EUR 200 per container applied on top.

Besides the Cancellation Fee, if other costs occurred due to the requested changes, those will be charged separately, such as containers move, detention fee (calculated from day one, no freetime).

Above tariff is not applicable for Spot booking. For Spot booking the fees mentioned in the terms and conditions are the ones applicable.
