Hardstop on Booking Amendment and Booking Cancellation Request
In line with our promotion of Maersk website utilization, effective 3 May 2021, we will no longer accommodate manual request for Booking Cancellation and Booking Amendment.
For Booking Amendment, we will only allow manual request unless a screenshot from the website (with date) is provided showing that amendment is not feasible on your side. Otherwise, our CS team will redirect you to perform amendment via website.
The main benefit of amending and cancelling your booking via website is that you don’t need to wait for longer hours due to difference on the turn time in using these two different channels:
- Booking Amendment and Booking Cancellation via email: **4 hours turntime (**subject to change depending on the influx of emails received)
- Booking Amendment and Booking Cancellation via website: 1 working hour
