In an effort to offer our customers a reliable information of cargo arrival, we would like to announce the changes of releasing Notice of Arrival effective from 19th Feb 2021 – Notice of Arrival will be release to your account after cargo has been load from the last transhipment port.
Hence if your last transhipment port is Tanjung Pelepas, Malaysia you may expect the Notice of Arrival will be released by 2 days before ETA while if your last transhipment port is Singapore you may expect the Notice of Arrival will be released by one day prior ETA.
You can subscribe via web as NoA receiver, please find the guidance here under Maersk Web Guidance tab (Manage Shipment - Get Notification - TPC, BL, NoA).
