Please be informed, Bureau of Customs Electronic to Mobile (E2M) – Online Release System (OLRS) is now ready for Implementation.
Effective 11 January 2021, all E2M lodgement of export declaration will require mandatory use of vessel Registry Number.
- All BOC E2M export declarations will include Vessel Registry Number as mandatory data element.
- It is advised that exporters use the Vessel Registry Number assigned by shipping lines/agents for inward e-manifest of inbound voyage.
- While outbound voyage number is different, the Vessel Registry Number refers to the same vessel name.
- Exporters or their authorized customs brokers will lodge E2M export declaration including mandatory Vessel Registry Number through their preferred VASP (example CDEC).
