Seal mandatory for destination Singapore

Please note that seal information will be a mandatory information requested on submission of shipping instructions for all import shipment to Singapore for full load container. This is to facilitate cargo clearance by the terminal and customs at destination.

Please inform your associates accordingly as well, that the enforcement date will be as of 15 March 2020.

Shipping Instructions received without seal information will not be processed. These shipping instructions will be rejected, requesting the customer to resend the shipping instructions with complete information.

When you are submitting your Shipping Instructions online at www.maersk.com please input the container number along with the attached seal number.

For the safety of your cargo and to avoid possible pilferage, please affix a bullet seal ( either Carrier or Shipper or Ver or Customs seal).
