We would like to take a moment to make you aware of some important information about our Electronic Document Printing Agreement as certain customers and Maersk are party to such agreement by which Maersk provides a limited supply of Bill of Lading safety paper. Each paper contains a unique tracking number so that customers can print Maersk Negotiable Bills of Lading at their office locations. Maersk grants this remote access capability as a convenience for select customers.
In exchange, customers are required to monitor the entrusted inventory of Maersk Bill of Lading paper and protect their stock from unauthorized personnel. This is to prevent unauthorized parties from creating fraudulent Maersk Bills of Lading that can be used for a number of improper purposes. For further details, we ask that you carefully review Section 4 of the Electronic Document Printing Agreement terms which, can be viewed on our website at terms-webprint. If there is a breach in these terms, we reserve the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for doing business with us.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to your local sales or customer service representative.
