For single service an additional charge over inland rate will be applied 12 free hours for load/unload, an additional charge per container will be applied after this period of time HAZMAT, OOG, NORs, Reefers and special equipment cannot be loaded by rail.
For overweight cargo an additional charge over inland rate will be applied.
For HAZMAT cargo an additional charge over inland rate will be applied.

Inland Mexican regulations
NOM-087-SCT-2-2017: regulates driving and rest times for the inland sector. Unit’s operators must take a 30 minutes break after driving 5 hours, and 8 hours after driving 14 hours.

NOM-012-SCT-2-2017
Import and Export All Truck: Delivery Order (Import)/Booking request (Export) must be received with at least 72 hours prior Customs clearance (Import) or loading date (Export).
Import and Export Rail+Truck: Delivery Order (Import)/Booking request (Export) must be received with at least 24 hours prior Customs clearance (Import) or loading date (Export).

Live load/unload free time
All customers will have 8 hours free time to live load/unload containers after container arrives to the warehouse.
SD (Carrier) requirements
To avoid delays, it is required to provide the next details on your Export and Import requests:
- Warehouse contact: Name and phone number.
- Customs Agent details: Name, Phone number, email address.
- Is it full or single: in case you require single movement extra cost needs to be accepted with the legend “Sencillo cargo aceptado”.
- Special requirements: Chassis, Platform, security equipment etc.
Where to place it?
- Export: on the “Instrucciones del transporte” field in your booking request.
- Import: On the “Comentarios/Requerimientos especiales/ (ejemplo: Chasis, Plataforma, etc.)” field in your Delivery order format.
