How do I get a Booking confirmation?

We understand that having a confirmation of your booking is important for your peace of mind. You can easily request and download your booking confirmation online in just a few steps:

  1. From the hub homepage, enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click View Details.
  2. Navigate to the Documents tab.
  3. Under Export related documents, click the Download button next to Booking Confirmation.
  4. Your booking confirmation will be generated in PDF format.
