How do I cancel a booking?
We know that plans can change and sometimes you need to cancel your booking. Cancelling a booking online can be done in a couple of minutes, saving you considerable time compared to emailing us.
- From the hub homepage, enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click View Details.
- In the shipment summary bar at the top of the page, select Cancel.
- Provide a reason for cancelling from the dropdown and add any additional comments.
- Click Cancel Now to complete the process.
