On our continued journey of unifying Sealand with Maersk, we are pleased to share more information on intra-regional Spot offering with Sealand.
As of 14 August 2023, our intra-regional Spot offering for Europe and Americas will be fully available on Maersk.com. As of 11 September, our intra-regional Spot offering for Asia will also be fully available on Maersk.com.
As of 15 September 2023, Maersk.com will be the only Spot portal available for Europe and Americas. From 01 October 2023 it will also be the only Spot portal available for Asia.
What you need to know
As a customer of Sealand, you may have used Sealand Spot bookings before. We are excited to be able to continue to serve your Spot needs through Maersk.
As a simple and seamless way to transport your goods on land and ocean, Maersk Spot gives guaranteed loading, fixed prices at booking, instant confirmation, and cross-device availability. Even better, you can book your ocean and inland booking needs all in one go, without having to leave the platform. You can modify your bookings instantly and if you need to add some value-added services, there are more than a few available, including Weighing Services and Value protect, giving you access to a simple way to protect your cargo from many logistics-related risks.
