Where can I request my Arrival notice?

We know that receiving your arrival notice promptly helps you plan the next steps. You can download it directly from your shipment details.

  1. From the hub homepage, enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click View Details.
  2. Under the Summary tab, go to the Documents Issued section.
  3. Click the Download button next to Arrival Notice.
  4. The arrival notice will be available in pdf format.
