How can I amend the cargo weight/description on my Bill of Lading?

We understand that cargo details can change. You can easily update the description or weight on your Bill of Lading online.
- From the hub homepage, enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click View Details.
- In the Bill of Lading widget (top right), select Amend Bill of Lading.
- Navigate to the Cargo and VGM tab and update the description or weight.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
