What happens if my Verified Gross Mass (VGM) has been updated incorrectly?
If you see that your VGM has the wrong information - however, you can manage any updates online.
- From the hub homepage, enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click View Details.
- Select the Containers & VGM tab and click Amend/Submit VGM.
- Submit the VGM and confirm the method used, such as Weight after Packing or Cargo weight added to container weight.
- If you need to check the weight of your container, you can use our dedicated tare lookup feature.
