How can I request a verify copy bill?

Documentation

We know that having a verified copy of your bill is essential for your records. You can quickly and easily download it online.

  1. From the hub homepage, enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click View Details.
  2. Navigate to the Documents tab.
  3. Under Export Related Documents, click the Download button next to Verify Copy.
  4. Your verified copy will be generated in pdf format.
