From 24 June 2026, you can download the Transport Plan Change Notice directly from Maersk.com.

What is it?

When your shipment is affected by an operational disruption or schedule change, you may need official documentation -for supply chain planning, communication with your clients, etc.

The Transport Plan Change Notice is Maersk's formal document confirming the change. Officially issued, timestamped, and specific to your booking.

Why use it?

  • Official Maersk document
  • Timestamped & booking-specific - tied to your exact booking and containers affected
  • Contains full updated transport plan - vessels, ports, ETD & ETA per leg
  • States the reason for change
  • Available on demand - download any time, directly from your shipment details.

Good to know

  • Available to the booked-by party only
  • Download link is active until the vessel arrives at destination
  • English only at launch - further languages following your Maersk.com preference are coming in the next rollout
