Update to Payment Process – Uganda

With effect from 1 February 2026, customers making payments in Uganda should note the following changes. Cash payments must be made at any Stanbic Bank branch or Agent and deposited into one f the Stanbic Bank collection accounts listed below. Cash Payments should no longer be made via DTB.

Customers making payments via EFT or RTGS must continue to use the existing CITI Bank accounts listed below for your reference. (CITI bank account)

Stanbic Bank details are being updated on invoices. In the event of any discrepancy, the latest advisory and updated invoice details take precedence.
