With effect from 1 February 2026, customers making payments in Kenya should note the following:

Cash payments should continue to be made at Postbank branches and deposited into the Stanbic Bank collection accounts detailed below.

Cheque payments remain unchanged and must continue to be submitted to Maersk tellers at the Nairobi and Mombasa offices, they should not be deposited at any bank.

Customers making payments via EFT or RTGS must continue to use the existing CITI Bank accounts only.

The Stanbic Bank details are being updated on invoices. In the event of any discrepancy, the latest advisory and updated invoice details will take precedence.
