Temporary suspension of Internal Transit Operations (T3)

We would like to inform you of an update regarding internal transit operations (T3 regime) to Mexico.

Following the recent reform of the Customs Law, customs brokers now hold greater responsibilities in managing these transits. While awaiting the publication of the 2026 Foreign Trade Rules and the definition of clear operational guidelines, the customs broker currently handling our operations has decided to temporarily suspend this type of service.

Impact on Your Operations

We recommend suspending import shipments under the T3 regime until January 2026, when we expect to have greater regulatory clarity and communicate the possible reactivation of the service. This measure is intended to ensure that all operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with current regulations.
