We want to inform you regarding Seal Replacement Guidelines at all our dedicated depots in Indonesia as per below:
- Customer request seal replacement to Depot
- Customer to bring LOI and old seal to Depot
- Depot release seal replacement once customer provide LOI and old seal.
- If seal is missing, customer to provide only the LOI but with explanation
- There’s no seal replacement payment will be made at Maersk dedicated depots
- Seal replacement invoice will be available on MyFinance and it can be settled as per regular process
- For seal replacement charges, it’s remains the same with total amount IDR 100,000 per container
