We want to inform you regarding Seal Replacement Guidelines at all our dedicated depots in Indonesia as per below:

  • Customer request seal replacement to Depot
  • Customer to bring LOI and old seal to Depot
  • Depot release seal replacement once customer provide LOI and old seal.
  • If seal is missing, customer to provide only the LOI but with explanation
  • There’s no seal replacement payment will be made at Maersk dedicated depots
  • Seal replacement invoice will be available on MyFinance and it can be settled as per regular process
  • For seal replacement charges, it’s remains the same with total amount IDR 100,000 per container
