The fee will be applied in every case manual shipping instruction will come from fax, e-mail, posted mail, and telephone. If our website is not working properly, please send us a screenshot of the error as proof. This will help us investigate and resolve the issue more quickly. In case the screenshots are not provided, the fee will be applied
