Following our earlier advisory regarding the change of port of discharge on our NeoSamba service, we wish to inform you that the current diversion from London Gateway to Southampton will be extended until further notice.
This extension is necessary to maintain high service reliability and to avoid port congestion, and at the same time continue offering a stable product into the UK throughout the winter season. This change will allow us to maintain the stability of service and predictability of our customers’ supply chains. We continue to monitor the situation and remain in contact with both terminals, and our aim remains to return the service to London Gateway.
