Late Acceptance Timelines - Mawingu Service

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing Maersk as your shipping partner.
This is a follow up communication to our Late acceptance Timelines on our Mawingu Service covering the Europe, Middle East and India Trade.

Late acceptance is to be explored on exception basis, our request is that you ONLY include units that you expect to arrive Mombasa by Tuesday 1000hrs to allow us plan accordingly.
The containers that you anticipate arriving past the Tuesday 1000hrs timeline are not to be included on LAR but planned for on the next available vessel.

Only LAR units that gate in by Tuesday 1000hrs and released by Tuesday 1500hrs for correct vessels shall be considered for loading on LAR.
Should the release be granted past 1500hrs, units shall not be included in the planning.

Please take note of our documentation timelines and support to adhere.
This is to ensure that our Mawingu vessels depart on time from Mombasa to meet connecting vessels at transshipment ports.
