To continue offering our broad portfolio of services and high level of reliability, we are introducing – Drop Off Charge (Imports) (DRP) – World to Sweden with drop off location Karlshamn and Naessjoe with the effective form 01st Nov 2024 for both Regulated and Non-regulated countries.

The New tariff amount is detailed as follow:

Rate basis : Per container

Charge code - DRP

Charge description - It is a VAS, applied when the carrier allows the drop off of an empty container at a different depot than from the one stated on B/L as place of discharge. It applies only to MH containers and only for import cargo. It can also be a penalty surcharge (in case the customer dropped off the empty container to a different location without consulting the carrier first). It covers the unit empty positioning cost.
