Finland Value Added Tax Rate change as of 1st of September 2024

The value added tax rate will rise to 25.5 percent on September 1st 2024 in Finland

The 24 percent value added tax levied on products and services sold in Finland will rise to 25.5 percent on September 1st 2024.

This change affects services and products sold by Maersk Finland Oy and Maersk Logistics & Services Finland Oy.

The tax increase will be transferred to our prices from September 1st 2024. Products and services purchased before September 1st 2024 will be invoiced with a 24% tax rate.

Please note that the invoice can therefore have both 24% and 25.5% tax rate charges.

The change does not require any action from you, and the change has no effect on the features of the services or products.
