Notice for Bank Account Change

We would like to inform you about important updates regarding our banking arrangements in European countries. As part of our commitment to continuously improve the customer experience, we are centralizing and streamlining our banking operations by transitioning to a new banking partner.

Please note that effective from 16 September 2024, we will be closing the existing bank accounts for Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom for Euro currencies. Simultaneously, we will open new bank accounts for Euro currencies with our esteemed banking partner, BNP Paribas. Please ensure that payments are made to the bank accounts specified in the invoice copies.
