Please note that effective 17 August 2024, we are implementing an instant invoice solution in our invoicing system (SAP S/4HANA). With the new instant invoice solution, you will receive the invoices instantly once all invoicing-related pre-conditions are met.
Additionally, the rate of exchange (ROE) will now align with the invoicing date, ensuring a uniform experience for all the transactions. Particularly, for freight invoices, the ROE will be based on the first invoice creation date, which will be applied consistently to subsequent, rebilled, or disputed invoices.
