In order to keep providing you with our global services and following the Georgian Parliament low - The amendments to the law of Georgia on local fees coming into the effect on March 15th 2024 for Non-Regulated and 15th April 2024 for Regulated Countries after the implementation by the local municipality, Maersk will implement the Governmental and Port tax Export (GTE) / Governmental and Port tax Import (GTI) fees in order to cover this local tax to be applied on each Container loaded/discharged in the Georgian Ports.
