Polaris Service - AS Simone 347E/348W Auckland Omission

Summary: Due to scheduled delays as a result of port congestion at Melbourne, we wish to advise that Polaris vessel AS SIMONE 347E/348 will perform an Auckland omission for mitigate any further impact to scheduling.

Due to scheduled delays as a result of port congestion at Melbourne, we wish to advise that Polaris vessel AS SIMONE 347E/348 will perform an Auckland omission for mitigate any further impact to scheduling.

The below contingency routings have been secured for affected cargo:

  • Cargo previously scheduled to load AS SIMONE 348W ex Auckland, will now be updated to load AS SABINE 350W.
  • Cargo previously scheduled to discharge from AS SIMONE 347E for Auckland delivery will now discharge at Port Chalmers to connect OC1 vessel MAERSK WILLEMSTADT 349N to Tauranga, for delivery to Auckland via Auckland Metroport rail.
