As communicated earlier, we will be undergoing a financial system upgrade to SAP S/4HANA in November 2023. While we are excited about the many benefits that this new system will bring to our operations, we would like to take this opportunity to inform you about upcoming changes that you may experience during the transition. We understand that change can sometimes be challenging, but we assure you that these new solutions will make your transactions smoother and more efficient, and we are here to help you.
Effective from 7 November 2023, we are introducing two new online solutions Paid to Release (P2R) and Delivery Order (DO). Please note that starting 6 November 2023, at 18:00 IST, we will no longer be using depositslip.co.in to receive requests for the release of import cargo or payment remittances.
Paid to Release (P2R) is an easy-to-use technology that streamlines the payment application process. You will be able to submit hassle-free payment proofs on our website with this feature. This innovative solution will help you save time and effort by streamlining payment remittances, ensuring transparency, and facilitating faster and more secure transactions. To explore the new P2R functionality, you should login to the MyFinance platform. Please find below the instructions on how to login to MyFinance and navigate it. You can request for access already now, and its functionality will start on 7 November 2023.
Furthermore, we are excited to launch the Delivery Order (DO) option on our Maersk.com portal. This secure platform enables you to conveniently submit your cargo release and DO requests online. You may easily upload your documents using the Delivery Order option, review and update them as needed, and receive fast confirmation after your request is approved. This system ensures a smooth and efficient experience, ensuring that your shipments are processed as soon as possible. While all soft copy documents can be uploaded online, please continue submitting the original bill of lading document at the designated counters.
We encourage all customers to use the MyFinance platform to submit the Payment Remittances.
How will this benefit you?
- Pay of single or multiple invoices on a standard platform.
- Customers can submit the request for online delivery order.
- Shorter turnaround for delivery orders or cargo releases.
- All approvals and rejections will be communicated through email notifications.
- Track and trace your remittances online under the “Paid Invoice” tab.
- Easily access, print, and download payment receipts and e-statements.
Here are some important details about the new navigation for the payment remittance process:
- Go to www.maersk.com and click on “Account”.
(First-time user? Please go to Register now to generate the ID and password). - Enter your credentials (username and password).
- Click on “Manage” and select “MyFinance”.
- Go to “Open Invoices”.
- Select invoice(s) and click on “Upload Proof of Payments”

In order to fast-track the release of your cargo, we request that you initiate your payments one day in advance.
